Our Regent Street HQ features a reception room and four training suites [three x IT Productivity and one x Management & Soft Skills training room]. All IT Productivity suites are fully networked with a shared printer available in each training room. PC’s are kitted out to the latest specification (Vista/MS Office 2007) and are all equipped with fast Internet connection through an ADSL link with air conditioning as standard. All PC’s are pre-configured and loaded with the relevant software prior to courses commencing. Our larger Management & Soft Skills training room can accommodate up to 15 delegates and boasts high quality audio/visual equipment which helps optimise delegates’ learning experience.
Laidlaw & Constable can also deliver on-site at client premises which can be anywhere in the UK, Europe and/or worldwide. As part of our commitment to quality, Laidlaw & Constable provide an on-site checklist to assist clients in the preparation of their on-site training suites.

Every Laidlaw & Constable client is assigned an experienced Account Manager as a single point of contact. Our Account Managers act as the day-to-day “face” of Laidlaw & Constable who assist you in meeting essential objectives before, during, and after your training interventions. In addition, a sponsor at Director level oversees and ensures successful delivery of all aspects of the service.
Laidlaw & Constable has an extensive library of courseware titles that include the most popular Microsoft, Adobe/Macromedia and Lotus applications as well as a range of Management and Business Skills courses. Our courseware reflects our training methodology and provides an important reference manual for our delegates. Each title is ideal for both instructor-led training and self-paced learning and, in conjunction with exercise files, can be reviewed outside of the classroom.

For clients who prefer tailored course material, Laidlaw & Constable offers you the opportunity to build your own. Select individual modules from different courseware titles to build a manual and a course that meets your needs. In addition, your logos and graphics can be incorporated into the manual to maintain your corporate branding and image. Furthermore, with our IITT approved courseware authoring customisation tool we can now provide tailor-made learning materials which can be customised and assembled in seconds.

All delegates receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of any off-site public/private/tailored course.
For all IT Productivity courses Laidlaw & Constable offer 12 months telephone and/or email post course support. Our support service is available to all delegates for the application and level they have been taught.
