Their service is very good value and the training is always highly rated by course participants. They have put a great deal of effort into aligning course content specifically to the Museum's requirements and their reference manuals are of excellent quality. At the end of each session, their trainers always provide valuable feedback and queries and questions are always dealt with very promptly by the account manager.
