This one day hands-on course provides those delegates who have used a variety of programs to create documents and files with the necessary skills to convert these to a shared format which can be viewed and/or printed electronically by email, over a network and on the web. In this course, delegates will use Acrobat to make information more portable, accessible, and useful to meet the needs of their target audience.
The course focuses on converting files such as those produced by Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to the industry-standard Acrobat format.

Target Audience
This course is designed for those delegates who use Acrobat Standard or Professional to work with PDF files.
Pre-requisites
Minimal experience with computers and common office applications, such as word processing, spreadsheet, and web browser applications.
