Target Audience

Experienced users of Outlook, those upgrading from a previous version of Outlook or migration from another e-mailing package.

Pre-requisites

To fully benefit from this course, attendees are expected to be familiar with Windows and use of the mouse. Delegates should be familiar with the topics covered in the Outlook Foundation course.
